Web site says closes at 11 but takeout ends at 10 pm . We went through drive through at 9:52 & was told they were closed

Every time I've visited in the last 3 months at least one thing has been wrong with my order, despite having corrected and repeated the order at the box, AND regardless of whether or not I'm the only customer in the drive thru. It feels like my order isn't even being listened to half the time, or that the staff don't care enough.

Long line...maybe still training workers? Beef and Cheddar excellent. I missed the frys. Was asked if crinkled frys were okay, and replied yes. No fry at all. Honestly Arby's is not the same without seasoned curly fries.

yes, but Rally's is still open?? i saw a guy turn away a huge line of cars from Arby's today as i was sitting in line at Wendy's, meanwhile it was light traffic at Rally's

Have heard nothing about that. I would suggest, before anyone could start rumors, going to the manager and ask him. This is the type of "question" handled on a personal level. Always remember if this is what some said was said, always get both sides. I think it was Dr Phil (was long time ago, but still true) that no maker how flat you make a pancake, it still has two sides. Also, as a business owner and individual involved in community activities, at times you can only do so much. So they could be doing alternating gifts. One year one gets more, another other gets more - only so much money is available. Get facts directly.
