I have been put through so much at the hands of the doctor and staff at this office. I assumed the hippocratic oath and patient rights would protect me from this kind of behavior, but I've tried to voice my concerns and it seems everyone is above blame in this practice. Dr.Hanrahan is a terrible representation of what a doctor should be.

They LOST my original military medical records. The incompetence of the staff at this facility cannot be overstated.

Dangerously disorganized office. They called me to tell me I needed to come in for a checkup before they would renew my prescription, which my doctor hadn't told me when I saw her the month before. When I agreed to come in, they then said, "Your birth date is [INSERT WRONG DATE], right?" They also billed my husband twice for an appointment and sent him to collections for not paying the $25 copay he had already paid, and then it turns out they lost his medical records.
