Extra Space Storage really helped me out in a pinch. Easy online lease agreement, pulled in and the unit was easy to find and the key lock was already there. Jonathan has been most helpful.

I was promised a free lock when I called. When i got there, I was told the free lock was left in the storage unit, unsecured. When i got to the unsecured unit, i found the lock was not there. When I went to the office, they said, "oh, someone must have taken it". I am pretty sure I know who took the lock and they sure didnt care. They lie to you and then think you are going to do business with them again?
