Refuse to administer antibiotics before dental work, which is essential health care for some. They have the stuff, but require an STD diagnosis! This is ridiculous.

Went 40 minutes before closing and they turned us away because they already hit their quota for the day. The waiting area was empty. Why keep the place opened? Outrageous policy.

I saw the NP Megan McCarty and she was very rude and did not listen to any of my concerns. She sent multiple wrong prescriptions to my pharmacy and every time I called the urgent care office, they told me they were too busy to talk to me and that the NP would give me a call back. Every time I called, the call center told me that the NP did not have time to call me back and that she left a message that did not answer my question. I would never go to this center again. I ended up having to go to my own primary care provider to get my medications anyway because they would not give me the care I needed. This NP provided the worst care I have ever received and I would expect better from an MGH site.
