Place was crazy with orders but the staff and the server handle themselves well and did the best they could.

If you can't handle delivery services, don't offer them. As a driver, order is never ready when I arrive, even if I give them 15-20 minutes before going in. Almost every single time they didn't realize they had the order and ring it in when I get to the front counter, so now I get to wait another 15-30 minutes and pray the order is right. Very discriminatory towards delivery drivers. Other orders a pushed out much quicker. But don't worry General Manager and area manager, they will mark the order ready way before it is so your numbers don't suffer too much from the inconvenience of delivery service orders.

I have had a horrible experience the last three times I have gotten food from here. The last two times my order was incorrect and I had to wait an additional 40 minutes on top of my already 45 minute wait. Today I went with my family and waited 10 minutes to be seated, another 20 minutes at the table before anyone even came to help us, and then over an hour for food. When the food came, our wings were cold, our breadsticks were burnt yet cold, and the pizza was the wrong kind of pizza. I’m pregnant and was already feeling sick from the long wait and had to wait for them to make another pizza because the one they brought would have made me more sick. They let us keep the first pizza so I could at least eat the crust and the pizza smelled and tasted like plastic. They came back a few times to make sure they got the order right for the second pizza and when it came, it was still wrong and also tasted like plastic. All the while, we never got refills of drinks. We were there over 2 hours when it was said and done. At first I felt bad because I could tell they were short staffed but from what I could tell, the waitress stood behind her counter most of the time. It’s possible she could have had extra work to do due to short staffing but we should have at least been checked on at some point. It’s disappointing since I have always loved eating here but I don’t think I’ll be going back. Thankfully one of the poor workers in the back that had to take over the managers position for the night gave us a discount for our troubles. I’m not usually one to complain but I’m hoping maybe management will see this and make some changes to improve the work environment for their workers and maybe make a few changes so things run more smoothly.
