cannot tell you how many times ive gone to deposit a check there. the hours posted say they are open to 4. I rush home to make it there at 3:40-3:45and theyre closed, not once multiple times. always a minimum 10-15 minute wait just to call and make a car payment online (which they charge u a 10 dollar fee for) not happy not impressed whatsoever. the only reason i am using them is for my auto loan which is almost finished then never coming back to this horrible place.

my concern with this bank is that the ATM always has a problem most of the time I go the ATM has the same problem to get money and withdraw money and the customer service also always tells you the same thing that it was working well that it is very sorry And I have years with the same bank, so I have told you, they have almost two years with the same problem and they only know how to say they are sorry, then I have to travel to Dracut or Lowell to use the ATM most of the time 👀

This credit union is horrible. We took out a low interest loan for our new heating system 3 years ago and have never missed a loan payment. I actually pay two to three months in advance. Well something happened and I think it was on there end. They say I missed a payment which I never did. So being a good customer that pays their bills they started with the threatening letters, unbelievable. I will never do business with these people again.

If you are not a current member, you can come in to a branch, or fill out a savings application online. In this case, we do run an eFunds check, which, depending on the circumstances of the other negative balance account, may or may not be declined. Hi Fred. We do not have Zelle, however, we do offer a couple different options to send money to other people. You can make a transfer to another account at Jeanne D'Arc or to an account at another financial institution. You can also use PayUp!, which allows you to send money to other people using your debit card information. The recipient will receive a text or email to accept the funds, and once they do, the money will be deposited into his or her account. Hope this helps!
