The worst water company ever.... Extremely high......scammer.!!!!!! Ripping people off like crazy. Everyone is complaining in my neighborhood. How you're not home for a couple of months and not using water and your bill is sky high over 128.00 dollars...... For what.....for water not being used. They are rude when you call and tried to reach out to them about the bill. Is like they don't want to hear it. They answer us they just work for the company and have nothing to do with the bills.... They have no budget plans At All. I want to report them but to whom!!!! Also, I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, nothing no one has called back. They leave early as well.... Answering services picked up the phone.... The sewer bill is more than the water.........it absorb what they charge for sewer......meanwhile they don't measure the water I was told.... They are out their mind for what they charge. The are ripping people off definitely!!!!!!!! I feel bad for us retirement people.....and other people who use this company. This water company will not help you as well....so sad

Been calling since May 31 2022 to turn on service. Ok call in the mtits to soon to early I call in the afternoon she out of her office nothing can be done What the really so what do I do or who can I call to get something done???

Trying to contact for over 2 weeks, and unable to do so. Their answering service answers the phone even when they are supposed to be open!. Plus the water isn't the best, bought a reverse osmosis system just to be able to drink it!

Water and sewage prices are astronomicaly high. They charge $9.00 for sewage for every thousand gallons of water we use but don't have a meter to count what goes out through the sewage. I have an irrigation system which doesn't use the sewer system, so right here they l they're ripping us off.
