Literally got there at 5:15pm on a Sunday and the door was locked. Clearly says they are open until 6pm on google and on their store door. Very inconvenient..

Excellent customer service, they answered all the questions.Mr. Frankie explained to us in a way that we could understand every detail of the offer that was available at the time of changing the device and every question that was asked was answered in order. Manny was so helpful! We switched to AT&T from Verizon and purchased new phones and Apple watches. He answered all of our questions and helped us choose which devices were best for us. The items we wanted weren’t in stock so we had them shipped to us. We went back to the store and Manny set everything up for us. It was a completely smooth process (nice change for once!). We highly recommend this store - ask for Manny!
