This is a wonderful place to vacation and it is family-friendly. The lake is beautiful and it has a nice beach area. Tara, who manages the resort, is awesome. Book a vacation...you won't be sorry!!!

How has the resort figured after the hurricane? Will it be open by January?

I would call the manager and ask her Peg. I am not sure what happened there as I live 1 1/2 hours north. I can tell you the cottages are newer and built very well and solid. There is a 'Tiki ' shelter which may have taken a beating, but could be easily replaced. Sorry I couldn't get more details but a whole bunch of us have already made plans for next year!
