We visited for Labor day, 4 party table, sat outside at the terrace, sevice amazing by our server Doug (young guy with beard), drinks and food great, at some point one of my daughters friends said she was coming so we asked to move to a 5 seat table, labor day (difficult, understandable) but the attitude of the manager Victoria was far from amicable, is not what you say, is how you say it, maybe she was having a bad day, but on your shoulders you carry your companies reputation and image, ok, there is no table, wait is high, just do not be a j..k neither rude to say that to your customers

this place has the best guacamole for sure but giving a three star because our bartender was not friendly at all she didn’t care to give us plates or napkins. I get it we all have bad days but fake until you make it at least. #sourpatchqueen is her nickname

My husband saw an ad for "Endless Taco Tuesday" and thought it would be a cute date night since I was working late and would be hungry. He even called ahead to ask if we could bring our pups because he knows I like to take them when we can and they'd been home longer than usual that day so I wouldn't want to leave them. Surprisingly, they told him we could have the dogs on the patio. I was so excited! We get there around 8p and I walk up to the podium and ask for a table on the patio. We had seen at least three open when we walked up. I was told the wait was 45 minutes. I asked about the tables and was told that other people had put their names in. So we waited outside with the dogs for about 10 minutes and no one showed up. So my husband went inside and asked again about the tables and the same woman, with zero personality, total stone face, told him they had to give 15 minutes to each person on the list before giving up the table. I understand policy. I don't understand zero consideration. Maybe the apathetic club vibe is what they're going for nowadays. Music was extremely loud. Maybe I'm just getting too old for places like this. 👎👎
