The associates at the store are rude when trying to ask about products that have been ordered.. they fail to realize that information is sent according to when things arrive.. failed to notify customer on the issue they were having with trucks being down.. threatened to cancel my online order after they have recieved product.. overall experience is it’s always another Aaron’s that would be suffice handling my orders will not be using this location until they fix the issues with customer service

Use to have a favorable opinion on them however not anymore. Reserved a dryer online and was emailed the next day that it was available for delivery and that the store would contact me to place me on the schedule. After not hearing from them for two days and not getting an answer had to go in person to get it put on the schedule for delivery. Dryer was delivered on a Thursday and by Sunday was no longer drying. Spent a week trying to get someone out there to repair the dryer however I kept getting rescheduled . Finally said screw it and sent it back. Honestly I can't prove it however I believe they sold me a used dryer.
