Big Lots has some NASTY employees. Stop by and the white lady with blonde hair & a blue tank top was so rude. She argued with the me & snatched the item out of hand. The manager said we're not having this again. She was dressed in a tank top & shorts and only person was right with her name tag on was the cashier...Big lots needs help on how to talk and treat customers. Maybe the CEO needs to come check on this store and by the way price your items right and give it to the customer for the correct price that on the package!!
