The guys working the front desk were kind of rude to us, unfortunately. They ended up double booking us because they didn't set up the right karaoke system that we requested through their reservation system (their mistake, and their solution was to suggest we use the Chinese karaoke system, even though we requested the Japanese one specifically. ) Looks like the Joysound is actually only available in the big room, so even with a small party, they put you in the big room and make you pay more than the other customers if you want to sing in Japanese. Your experience might be different if you're using the other systems. All in all, for us, the karaoke ended up working fine, but it was very unpleasant dealing with the staff, and we were forced into paying extra, so I don't think I want to go back to this one.

You’re gonna want to pre-game before dropping in, everything is overpriced from the alcohol to the food. That’s a no brainer, it’s there for our convenience and convenience is rarely cheap. However, you didn’t come here to eat-you came here to sing. The vibe is on point, the display gets the job done and you’ve got a wide range of songs to choose from. You’ll have fun, just don’t waste your money.

The owner who takes the reservation calls is very impolite and swearing. The customer service from the call was so bad. Would never recommend this place. Caution if you are trying to spend time here. There are lot more better karaoke around. I would recommend twilight 7 and stone if your around the area for karaoke.
