FOLLOWUP: Management has since upgraded and replaced their SugaLik pumps, hoses and delivery system. Last week we bought 50 gallons of SugaLik and were impressed by the speed, ease of use and new accuracy of their system. THANKS Walpole! ORIGINAL POST: We have been purchasing SugaLick (a bulk fortified molasses for cattle) for years. Yesterday called to make sure it was available before driving 65 miles (each way) to store. Upon arrival found out pump was broken and unable to provide product. Staff showed no sympathy nor offered any resolve other than "come back tomorrow". Going to research an alternate product or source and avoid this feed store whenever possible.
