Ordered online. Said 25 mins for pick up. Took over 1 hour 20 mins. And I order at 5:24pm, so not exactly prime time. I kept being reassured it was "next up" as I watched person after person walk out with orders. 6 team members on duty so not understaffed. Ridiculous. And...black mold on ceiling tiles. Nasty.

Best tasting, best priced, large pepperoni pizza in town on special for 7.99. What a deal! Also got two salads ( antipasto - no cheese and greek- all the cheese ), they were perfectly portioned with fresh toppings. They FILL the bowl and wrap it with plastic ware, crackers and dressing. Nice to have low-fat dressing option too! Staff was friendly. Food was ready on time. I added drinks at the window with no problem. It was worth the $30.00 plus tip. Speaking of tips, please tip your service industry workers ... dine in and take out servers, delivery drivers, bartenders etc. If your out spending money on a service, you should take care of those who take care of you. : )

The ONLY time a pizza is 'cold' is when the customer doesn't come get it immediately && it's left sitting. If its picked up in the quoted time then it ought not to be cold. Should it EVER be cold && you don't mind waiting typically they'll remake it for you.
