Seems like quality and service has gone down hill over the last few years. Pricing is through the roof compared to others. Good for tire shine, air fresheners and sparkly accessories. Will be going to NAPA down the road for made in America parts from now on.

I went to advance in Lakewood, nj store # 07662 , very nice people by the way...looking for exhaust gasket part number wlk 18370043 they didn't have it and send me to advance in brick nj becouse they do have in stock... Lakewood give me a print of the parts or customer quote...I went to advance in brick and it was very frustrating. I told an employee that Lakewood advance send me there and give him the paper and even so he requested from me all the information of the car , actually twice. He try show me in the computer screen all the exhaust pipes , I don't understand why with such a big help and chort way of just tracking the part by the item number I have to go true again and again . I feel he wasn't listening to me and I told him to forget about it and left. I must say the employee was not disrespectful to me at all at any time but not concentrated my opinion . I cross the avenue and both the items in Napa auto parts. Thanks.

I stopped in to have my Battery checked it said charge and retest I want back later for retest after charging and older customer service rep gave me a hard time about bringing my car back for a retest.I was in last week for my other vehicle with a bad battery. He said you can't keep brining in a car to have us check the battery I own 2 Dodge Grand Caravans one is my son's van. I was very disappointed in how the associate interacted with the customer (me). The current battery is dated 1/19 and is still under warranty 3 years Autocraft battery. I shop there regularly and this is the first time I was disappointed, Needless to say I still have the battery that will not charge higher then tested . The management and owners need to have a meeting on how to improve on customer engagement.
