I went to America's Best recently to pick out new glasses. The Optician Dawn acted like she was being bothered from the beginning. I saw one pair of glasses and as of last year, everything was sanitized but not anymore. I asked what to do and she said what do you mean, put them back on the rack and laughed. I won't go back there as she was really unprofessional.

Do you take care plus insurance?
They do minor repairs there. If you're missing a screw or if the frame needs to be readjusted they can do it. If the frame is completely broken they might be able to find a frame the lenses could fit into.

Have you gone here before? I had an appointment to get contacts and I told the lady that I needed my frames fixed also. They were falling off my face. She did it right there in 5 minutes for free. They're super nice.
No, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
It depends on the frames you pick out. My 12yr old picked out two $59 frames and I paid $69. Now, her lenses are free cause she is a child. My son picked out two $99 frames and I paid $149. Again, the lenses were free cause he is a child.
