I've never in my life been to a bank that had this many pretentious, rude, and uncaring people working from the tellers to the branch manager. I thought it was just me but speaking with other locals this seems to be the norm here. Wells Fargo you can do better!

Do not have an account with wells fargo. I Went through the drive through to cash check. Was instructed to go inside and show two forms of ID in a very arrogant tone. (Asking what would be accepted as a second form of ID) got no response from the teller. So i go inside to cash the check. I was 3rd in line waiting my turn when a lady from behind me comes in and they wave her up infront of me taking my place in line! Extremely irritated i walk out. I will NEVER return to a wells fargo with that kind of customer service. Update: After being asked to email customer service, i made contact back and forth emails and was NOT helped. They declined to help me because i would not send my phone number or home address. Why would my phone number and home address be needed for my experience i had at a local branch?? Spam? Yeah probably. So I explained i would not disclose that information because i felt it was irrelevant. So a reply was sent stating we are sorry you feel that way, please email us if you so choose to change your mind.. this bank is horrible to the core. If your reading this i suggest you do your research on wells fargo. Lawsuits, bad customer relations, fees fees and more fees. With so many banks that work FOR YOU as the account holder why would anyone use this bank leaves me scratching my head..
