Waited in line for 10 minutes while 2 bank tellers gabbed & did not even acknowledge me. Then to cash a BOA check. They charged me $8. Thieves. I would NOT recommend using Bank of America

This location is a dump compared to the branch in downtown Danvers that is being closed. The set up of this branch is terrible and it’s under staffed. Changing banks is miserable but closing the only full service branch in my town clearly shows Bank of America is more concerned with profits than providing decent customer service.Hi mark. Unfortunately always need to spend a lot of time to do a basic transaction Bank of America is one of the most known banks in America and they can’t hire more staff to help the line moving.
