Went here to get my brakes replaced a couple months ago and had constant issues for months after. My brakes continued to squeak and grind after having everything replaced. Turns out they put brake pads on my car that weren’t supposed to go on Jeep’s, maybe they should know that considering that’s what they do. At first they were super nice, then as problems kept continuing to happen and they kept looking at it under warranty their attitude completely changed and were awful to us. Had to take the car elsewhere and they look at them and right away they noticed the wrong brake pads. Highly do not recommend.

Broke the wheel lock and a lug-nut when going to get a tire replaced. Didn’t offer to pay for the parts and requested that we go do it ourselves. Poor service and quality, avoid if you can. Workers at the shop have very little idea what they’re doing.

I went there for wheel alignment, brake check, and normal inspection, post that they have given me a very long and overvalued estimate, so I denied them for the work so he asked for 60 dollars labor for checking charges which took him 15 mins but I was seating there for more time to understand the charges so he said it took 1 hour that’s was wrong. I agree that labor has worked and they need the charge for that and I said you can charge me something reasonable but he took $30. I got the more detailed inspection done at Firestone complete auto care for just $10. I would highly advise avoiding this place.
