Drop off service paid in advance and called to schedule pick up to save time. We Agreed on a time and the manager said he’d be there. He wasn’t. No show. My laundry is being held hostage. Waited 25 minutes and had to go. Now I am SOL and have stuff to do so have to proceed without laundry-sweet life bro. Defeats the ENTIRE PURPOSE OF DROP off service

This laundromat was so dirty, like the floor was covered with used laundry softener sheets and floor looks like it has not been mopped for days.i can only imagine what the bathroom was like. The attendant did not care. IT WAS A COVID BREEDING ATMOSPHERE....

I have done my laundry for lots of years,the machines almost don’t dry the workers need to cleanthe drying machines are a lot of money and there’s lots of machines out of service.We are truly sorry you didn't have a good experience. We will forward this information on to the manager and district manager and work to get these items resolved.
