This place is a gem. Prompt, professional, non-nonsense, knowledgeable... I could go on but the list in inexhaustible. Nick, Xavier and crew provide the best bike service ever. I have had a squeak in my Trek ALR5 gravel bike for two years. I took it to a number of shops in the area including Trek dealers and they could not resolve the problem. A friend referred me to Bikesport in Trappe. I took my Bike in to Nick at Bikesport explaining that I needed a Cyclotherapist because my bike was making creaking sounds while I rode it and no-one has been able to address the problem. Nick quickly analyzed my bike and I made an appointment to take it back. He checked it out overnight and when I picked it up today the bike runs better than it ever has. Smooth and quiet. No creaks. If you have an issue with your bike take it to these professionals. They are the real deal. True experts. And I forgot to mention that their service is fairly priced. Thanks Nick and Xavier... You are fantastic cyclotherapists!!

We made our second bike purchase for the family here just this week. The staff is incredible in terms of sizing, discussing options, etc. (even with my 9-year-old daughter). The service and repaid team has always been incredible as well. Tremendous experiences every time!

The folks in the service department always do great work on my Surly Straggler. I've had it for 3+ years and every time I get it back from service, it's like a new bike. With their help I've completed 1,000 miles so far this year and by the time this bike reaches its 4th birthday in September I will, in all likelihood, pass 10,000 miles.

Shopped here first time for a bike for my son, and we ended up getting a used bike for us parents as well. I'm not a great judge of equipment, but they do seem to have a nice selection of bikes and gear. A fair few used bikes as well, including children's. Most importantly, the staff are awesome. They're very accommodating and welcoming, and even when busy will take a minute to see what you need. It's my go-to bike shop in the area.
