This is the worst Dominos that I have ever ordered from. Orders usually take 1.5 hours or more, even for something small. Repeatedly I've ordered and only had my order finally show up after 2.5-3 hours for a single pizza. The only reason I've been given is that they don't have enough delivery drivers. But that's been the case for the past 2 years, so obviously they can't keep or hire drivers which indicates there is a serious management issue with this location.

Truly the worst place I have ever ordered from. Ordered over 2.5 hours ago, and the tracker still says it's being prepared, not even baked yet. I have been on hold with the store for over an hour. No response. No respect at all from the people who work at this store. Unbelievably unprofessional, and truly disgusting customer service.

Ordered a pizza just for it to come 3 hours later, I call the store and they open the call and stay quiet. Horrible experience, will definitely stop buying from this store , if you want your pizza to come on time please do not order from this place

I've ordered from here for a while. And I kinda don't have a choice when they sell really good food for a good price. But the service and delivery are absolutely ridiculous. The night before today, I place an order, and knowing they sometimes take their sweet time, I decided to wait. Two hours later I was able to eat a little something, waiting another 45 minutes to an hour and I was still hungry waiting for my pizza. What did they do? They cancelled my order. I didn't cancel it. It suddenly was cancelled and I never got my food. I didn't of course have to pay for it, I got my money back. But when you're sitting there, giving them a chance to get your pizza to you, and they make you wait 2-3 hours, looking at the Dominos Tracker they seem so proud of, and your app says it's been in "prep since 5:20" and it's already been almost two hours. This is really disappointing since it's the closest Domino's here and I do not believe any other will deliver this far. Don't even get me started on the delivery. I understand that they have multiple deliveries to make. That's not the issue. The issue is that they always forget something. It can be as small as the dressing cups, but I one time didn't get my soda I ordered that they took my tip happily because I was hopeful enough to place the tip with my order. That and I've already been on hold for 30 minutes in this moment. I'm so angry and hungry. Don't order from here unless you plan on waiting over 3 hours. Sometimes that's not the case but the last 5 times I've ordered have been insane.
