Literally the worst Verizon store I’ve ever been to! We walked in and a sales associate checked us in and told us how long we had to wait which was fine,but the next two people who came in after us who didn’t have appointments was seen before us and we waited over an hour after being told “it’ll be just a few min until we get to you.” But that wasn’t the case. Horrible customer service and if you live around this area I’d recommend going to one of the smaller stores around.l to save yourself the trouble.

I have been a Verizon customer for 17 years! My husband needed a new phone last week, he arrived at the store 30 minutes before they closed. Sawyer helped him out and stayed to get his new phone. I went to trade my phone in at a later date. We also got Sawyer to help us. I got a new phone and also my daughter. He was amazing, helpful, and explained everything. Our family was also discussing fios with him. We currently have Comcast. During our appointment a woman who works there was very rude to my daughter. My daughter left the store to meet her friend outside, then they also went to a store next door. We all know switching phones can take some time. In all my time going to Bellingham, I have never ever had this complaint. The women first complained that the girls are in and out of the store. Second she came to my sales representative and asked if we needed help! I felt as if she was rushing me out. Needless to say, I left and had to return the next day. Josh and Sawyer helped us out! I give them 5 stars, Angela needs some customer service skills! Thanks gentlemen, you both are amazing!

I just wanted to say what an absolute phenomenal store this was , the employees dude ! The employees! You guys go above and beyond ! I was absolutely floored by how kind and helpful you guys all were ! I will forever be using this store for my cellphone needs / recommending everyone goes here because *phew * you guys kill it !. You guys were so above and beyond . Thank you so much for your help !
