Yes, but it is sooo much easier to just do it my mail.

If I'm cleaning out the garage does rhe garbage truck take everything even if not in the trash can?

No. Everything needs to be in cans. They even have separate cans for brush debris/yard waste. Of course they have the normal trash cans and a recycle can.

Go to ground floor at City Hall to public works. When you come out of the elevator go left and there will be a woman there that will help you out.
