Buses are great. Excellent. The place is mostly clean. The bus bays have 0 benches, needs at least 1 bench per bay. Very bad for people with disabilities.

Yes inside at the window. I believe u have to make a $5 minimum purchase to use it, like everywhere else these days, 💸💰. So sure u can buy anything with ur card at p.v.t.a. 😵🤘
