Wait times are ridiculous. 45min wait for the atm no way a teller should be in the same line it kills any convince this location has had. Couldn't even leave which made me late for work once again 🙃.

Like the ITM idea but OH MY GOODNESS PLEASE MAKE EXTRA LANES SO OF WE DONT WANT TO WAIT ANYMORE WE CAN LEAVE!! This member has been in front of me for an hour which took up my lunch period. This made me very unhappy. I wished the ITM’s were not built like this. Makes services way slowerThank you Linda, we appreciate your feedback. Do not go thru the drive thru they have the tellers stacked behind each other. I was behind someone and after I got done with my transaction I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Will not be going back
