I took two cars here in early 2022. One was a newer car and that went great. I also brought an older car and something was over-tightened causing a slow oil leak. I had to bring it to another shop to get the leak fixed (which is also sad because I had to buy all new oil for the second time in two months for the same car). While it could be because my car was older, I wasn't happy that my oil change at Jiffy Lube caused me further oil issues.

Fantastic, helpful experience. I don't normally use this location as it's farther from my home, but the service was excellent.. They even cleaned my windows after they were finished as there were streaks! Very quick, in and out. Highly recommend.

Changed my oil, and rotated my tires, took about 45 minuets, but it is a Sunday. Computer system was slow, what can you do. Most troubling though was that I was told a lug nut was missing and upon inspection it's actually a sheared wheel stud. Accidents happen, perhaps someone really wanted my sweet wheels, maybe the last tire shop over torqued the bolts and they just now failed upon trying to remove them, maybe they were over torqued with the impact. Either way I do not appreciate gas lighting and false claims that some surface rust on lug nuts means that my wheel studs should break.

Been taking my car for oil changes to this location for years. With all the staffing shortages everywhere, they too seem a bit light. Nonetheless, my last visit was good. Quick relatively. Nice young folks.
