Restrooms were small felt awkward, the biggest issue is that they didn't have a microwave. Had bought food and frozen goods and ended up tossing them i couldn't heat them up. Only good thing is that i didn't have to request room service it was done automatically. I didn't do the reservations so i don't know what the deal was but i think all rooms should have a microwave.

Called to setup room reservation spoke with manager she set me up with a room but stated, "no need to take down information as plenty of rooms available. " I was just 10 min away so I drove there and lady at front desk working at 630p-7p Thursday evening stated that there were no rooms available. I was very frustrated and asked to speak to manager who I had spoken to. She stated that the manager had just left and there would be no way to contact her. After voicing my frustration to the front desk lady she stated that I could wait for a room to be cleaned as the housekeeping staff was still present. So I asked how long and she said she could not guarantee any time and she did not know if a room would be available anytime soon. So I requested for her to speak with housekeeping and she became rude and short so I simply asked for her to ask if there would be a room cleaned and when and she literally tossed my ID and ccard on the counter and stated very firmly that I would just have to wait. She is so unprofessional and should not be working in a customer service type position.

Not a good experience. I am a customer who stays at this hotel regularly, I could not get help because there was no staff on site. There was a ”back in 30 minutes” sign posted, only one employee and they were out to lunch so I could not check in. I have never experienced such a thing, I guess there is a first for everything. Too bad because it’s a convenient location and I have always had a good experience until today. Not the employees fault, bad management.

I previously rated this hotel based on staff reception/attitude etc. I'm retracting it because it's unfair for the staff that were nice to suffer also. Giving them a better rating for those employees. I don't plan on staying there because they lied to family members.

yes...they do have single bed rooms...right now they have 2 rooms left, both are single bed....$162 + tax, per room, per night...
