As the name says there is "nothing special" with this cake. Average taste similar to the ones we can find in stores like walmart. The ribbons, flags and message card are extra $10 and you could not opt out any of those even at full price. Could easily find all those decorative stuff for $3 or less in a dollar store. Also not many customize options. Dint understand the purpose of special instructions. Instructed them to not provide a particular themed flag instead give a plain/empty flag so we could write our own message. They called back saying its against their company policy and that they either will not do any decoration to it or take it as they provide no option of alternatives. How difficult is it to not put that flag when customer is requesting dont do it. 🤷‍♂️ To add cherry on top of my worse experience, I would have never dreamnt that a cake store would close by 4pm on sunday (weekend) which is when all the parties usually happen. I blame myself for that as I did not notice and also failed to hear their voice mail. Nevertheless I go to store by 4.10pm to find it closed and not having a cake for the event. Not recommended if spending almost $40 for a cake..Many better alternate options available in the market
