It's my 1st time here at this particular Wendy's & I didn't have a good experience. I went to the drive thru and the girl serving the food was very disgusting. She rolled her eyes at me, dropped my change and food in my hand, no hi, bye, have a good day, nothing! How rude! She should find a job where she's not upfront dealing with customers smh.

I placed my first mobile order today at the Wendy’s in West Hempstead to pick up lunch for some of my students during my lunch break it was ready on time and everything was correct will definitely be ordering here again

Don’t order here food gets tiring after a while & sometimes they forget your drink. they make the food look sloppy. Also if they don’t have your drink they don’t give you nothing at all instead of substituting it for something else. They canceled my order since December 24, 2021 on door dash I never got my food. I’m still waiting for my refund!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and they didn’t give me a spicy chicken sandwich. It’s ridiculous because the delivery time was super long too, and how are you still going to not give me my MAIN item :| 0/10 would not recommend! save your money and happiness.
