My dad brought my husband and I here for lunch and then later in the day for ice cream. There were a decent amount of people ordering food/waiting to pick up food when we arrived. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with everything on it but tomatoes and my husband ordered a double cheese burger with everything. 🍔 We got an order of fries, onion rings, and mac and cheese bites as our sides. We were ready to feast 🤣 We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for the food to be ready. Once we had everything, we went to sit at the covered picnic shelter. The scenery is nice and the surrounding area is clean and well-kept. We came here about a half hour before close for ice cream and I got the banana split and my husband ordered a butter pecan cone. 😋 Overall, everything was really good and we enjoyed our two visits in one day.

Good food takes time and thats ok because its worth it. I recommend the burgers as they are hand made and not a flat frozen patty. The large order for fresh cut fries is HUGE and enough to share among 2-4 people. The fried vegetable platter has a great selection of veggies.
