Used this service to get home to lowell from ayer. My 4 year old son got sick in her car and she was extremely rude about it. She said "your going to have to clean that up" which i had every intention of doing anyway. Not only did we have to pay 80 dollars for the ride but she voiced her frustrations due to rush hour traffic that the transport taking too long. She made my son feel like he had done something wrong when he couldn't help it. She made me angry at the fact that a situation like this one comes with transporting human beings. I cleaned up the mess but i would never use this service again.

I could not have been happier with Joanne and Here to There. She was not only professional, but a detail oriented researcher, a comprehensive communicator, and a skilled driver comfortable with both city traffic and country roads. Mine was a tricky transport involving bus connections and a destination address that varied from website to website. Joanne met all the complexities with graciousness, and seeming ease.
