I ordered a custom ice cream cake with pretzels and cookie dough but there was no cookie dough or pretzel. They put NUTS in the ice cream and chocolate chips. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I or anyone else had a nut allergy. Order was completely wrong which was disappointing.

Clean inside, friendly staff and the ice cream is delicious. I am a fan of the sweet cream ice cream with cake pieces, cinnamon and pecans. The location is great, there are benches to sit enjoy your ice cream outside and plenty of shopping nearby. This would have been a 5 star review if the waffle cone wasn't over cooked-too crunchy and less flavor as a result; unable to eat it.
