After I had a clogged lateral sewer line leaving my property and back flowed hundreds of gallons of waste water into my basement, I contacted SERV PRO for help. Brian Levchuk was quick to respond, arrived at my home and told me what I was up against, informed me my safety was important and to avoid the waste water if possible. Within the hour his SERV PRO team responded and began the water removal and clean up working side by side with plumbers addressing the issue. I HIGHLY recommend contacting SERVPRO, ask to speak with Brian and let him ease your concerns and his team will tackle the job. Since the basement was gutted as result I asked for mold treatment before the re model and was happy to see not only did they treat for mold they disinfected and mopped first followed by a covering of mold killer. Outstanding work. My basement has zero oder, in fact, smells better and cleaner than pre water damage. Couldn't be happier with Brian and Serv-Pro.

Used just a few weeks ago.. Julie is fine but just remember its the workers that do all the work. They are respectful, Manners go a long way in this world and they certainly had that. They also answered some questions and took their time explaining whatever I needed explained, which I'm sure they didn't expect but it was met with a friendly. Personable and Charm I was completely satisfied with. it was a pleasure and I will absolutely call them again. I look forward to seeing the same smiles, and service.
