One star is way too generous for this store. My friends and I were so excited about spending the evening making blankets, until the experience was ruined by Jamie at the cutting counter. First, she was very rude when we asked if there was a trash can. When we finally got our fabric picked out for tie blankets (no sew blankets) she asked how much. We said enough for a full size bed and she gave us a nasty look and said “I don’t know” and then we looked it up online and told her measurements and she responded with a snappy attitude and, again, a mean look on her face and said “I wouldn’t recommend a yard and a quarter for a baby, for someone 6 feet tall we would do 3.5 yards”. We opted for three because we wanted them bigger. She then looks at the fabrics we have in the cart and said “those won’t make three yards.” We pick out new ones and the entire time she has a look on her face that she is miserable. She made us feel stupid that we didn’t know the EXACT measurements. When we got to the register we didn’t get the sale price on the fabric. Very disappointed with the customer service from Jamie at the cutting counter.
