The people were friendly. And the place was clean like they really took pride in the place of work and the beds was so comfy that I didn't want to leave. The only downfall about the hotel is that it is not pet friendly and that they do not allow pets. Which I travel everywhere with my pets but a friend paid for the hotel and this was what they picked and paid for me and my daughter to stay in for the night so we wasn't sleeping in the car.

The girl at check in was very sweet, and kept her cool when the lobby was loud and busy. My room is great and everything works fine. The BED. THE BED is so comfy. Only drawback, no elevators. Request a lower floor room, when you arrive, if you can’t do stairs. No complaints otherwise. Plenty of fast food and convenience nearby. I’ll be here for a while for work, and I’m very happy so far!

Broke down and this hotel was a life saver.. came in when AAA had us towed and not only did they work with us but all of staff was helpful in making sure we stayed safe until help came! If we ever come this way again we will stay here again

Last week I booked one room with a jacuzzi in it - I thought it would be a fun overnight for me and my toddler to go swimming, play in a big bath, and have a mini girls' night. When I walked into the room, I noticed the floor wasn't the cleanest but I didn't want to be picky. I was in the room for a total of maybe 20 minutes before calling and requesting a different room or refund. The floor was actually filthy, with tons of food, french fries, crumbs, etc. all over. The bathroom appeared clean initially until I saw black hair in the tub. The towels were crusty... ew. And the comforter was stained. The front desk girl was nice although seemed annoyed initially when I told her about the room and simply told me there were no rooms available -after a long silence she told me they would just give me my money back. I never got a confirmation of the refund and still have not received it. I know it can take a while but the fact that they never gave me a receipt is sketchy. Hopefully, I get my money back soon but I definitely would not risk it here.
