I called them this morning and I had a live operator within five minutes. She answered three or four of my questions, and didn’t seem rushed at all. It also helps when you say please and thank you to anyone. Overall I had a very good experience.

U can't go in at all u have to call to get ur still card if them
Can I mail out a letter from my manager at work saying that I am responsible for handling my own money to become my own payee.

They are making appointments so it's best to do a face to face visit for faster results
