The day i had my issue 2 years ago i was so lost i didn’t know what to do One of my friends recommended Tony to me. I am facing my second OUI charge. My first was in 2014 using an Alcotest 9510. How do you feel about the controversary concerning this breath test and/or have you got any these convictions overturned?

If you have not already requested a bail review then seek one immediately in the Superior Court. The Superior Court will conduct a second hearing on the issue of bail set by the lower Court. Alternatively, if your bail has been set "Without Prejudice" by the original Court, you may be entitled to bring it back before that Court for a further bail for review.
