Very pretty place but awful service. We rented an arch from here and the groomsmen and the grooms father were told they had to put it up and take it down. It was windy that day so it blew over and a screw pulled out, so they got mad at us, …Seth, Sorry you felt this way about the event. The arch was not rented, but given free of cost when the decision was made they would like to use. After, it was laid on the ground on the side of building and the question was just asked on what happened. The pop package was not more than alcohol. The price of the pop package was determined on the basis of no other drinks being served and high usage. It was unfortunate that the machine was having issues during the event, however, when the problem was known a mechanic was called right away and fixed immediately during the event. We also do not throw away any food, but donate to local food pantry. In the case of the cake, it was all cut and served on the dessert table.

We had Trey and he was awesome! How he can memorize orders like that is pretty amazing. The view and food were actually quite good and reasonably priced. Plus it has free transient docking!

Went with the family and when we first pulled in we were concerned because the parking lot was pretty empty. Had to wander down hallways past empty ballrooms before reaching a completely empty dining room. Food was adequate. Dining room windows needed cleaned from so much bird poop. Great views of Cedar Point though. Started to pick up with customers as we were finishing up but still wasn't busy for a Friday evening. Perhaps having better signage or someone stationed there at the door by the parking lot directing customers where to go would make things a little better?
