Ok so I could not find this path. The park however is gorgeous and I was able to get my dog some swims by one of the pull-over spots by the water.

This beach isn't easily accessible from the parking lot. There is about a mile walk from the parking lot, the main path was flooded in several areas and there were trees down across the useable back trail in places. The beach itself is nice, even if there isn't much of it. There were no facilities outside the parking lot, and no garbage cans either. It seems more designed for people to boat up to.
