Wow!!! What a great store. I am so impressed with the stir manager’s level of enthusiasm and expertise. The product in the store is really affordable for me, especially for this working mom. Thank you Clothes Mentor for providing me a place to shop where I can find affordable styles and brands that make me feel good!

The old blonde manager lady is so rude. I bet all of the reviews mentioning a rude manager are talking about the same lady. Notice a theme? Also, I was told my clothes would be processed by the end of the day, and they weren’t. They weren’t processed the next day either. When I called to check on the progress, they were snippy with ME. You should be notifying customers if their drop offs are going to take longer than anticipated. And you should be polite to everyone. Needs new management. There is a darker haired younger girl who is very kind. Give her a promotion and fire the older lady.

I have always had great experiences at all of the local Clothes Mentor stores but was very disappointed with my interaction with the management team this past weekend at the Upper Arlington store. It was clear that I had over 2k points in their system and should have had a discount that I could apply to my purchase. I tried explaining that after shopping at two other Clothes Mentor stores that morning they had to manually apply the discount since the system would not generate the necessary coupon. Rather than having a willingness to resolve the issue the manager condescendingly disregarded what I was saying and said they could not do anything and to call a 1-800 number. At the end of the day 20% off was not enough to significantly impact my purchase but was enough to leave a sour taste in my mouth for this store. Needless to say there are plenty of other secondhand stores in Columbus OH that have amazing merchandise and know how to respectively interact with their clientele. I will make sure to only patron those go forward.

Had only an hour before an important meeting and found great almost- new clothes. Staff was really helpful: like a girlfriend giving honest feedback & suggestions! I even walked out with one new outfit on! Highly recommend!

We're following all local guidelines including social distancing, facial coverings, hand sanitizer available at entrance, door-pulls (hands-free!), and no-contact payment options. Shields have been installed around service counter & high contact surfaces in the store are sanitized hourly. Shopping carts are sanitized before each customer use. Employees are required to take a health assessment at the beginning of every shift and we have applied a lenient sick leave policy for all employees. Hi Rhonda, we don't sell mens clothing at Clothes Mentor, but our sister store Plato's Closet sells Men's clothing, shoes, accessories, etc. Hope you can stop by our Plato's Closet store on Bethel Rd!
Would also add that we are less busy during the weekdays, especially Monday to Thursday so you can expect faster service during these times. Also we do offer a text message notification service so you can drop-off your items in the morning and we will let you know when we have your offer ready. Also between January - June our most wanted items are Spring & Summer styles, and then fall & winter styles from June - December. Thanks!
