Just raised their prices for no reason at all, like their sued business isn’t doing well cleaning houses. So make sure you bring a nice 20 to 30 bucks to do a loads of laundry. Washers are consistently dirty, half the dryers don’t dry, $4 for a small load of laundry. Just go to firehe fill up

Needing a quick wash we saw this one had better reviews of the 2 laundromats in town. We were there at 5pm and the employee I guess I could say simply told us we close at 6pm which I knew already. Lady was quite rude so we left due to how we were treated. Bummer for them I suppose.

Update: After the reply from the owner (much appreciated), I'm moving my one star review back up to five stars. I know this has been a very tough and challenging year for everyone. I just wish he would have calmly explained that to me instead of going off on me. This is an exceptionally clean and well run operation. Earlier review: OK, I originally rated them as 4 stars, because of the verbal abuse of the owner. I figured he was just having a bad day. When I told our co-workers about my incident, they relayed their experience from several weeks ago. They mentioned a dryer being out of order, and they were told "he was too busy to deal with it so just go somewhere else!" My original review: "This is the nicest laundromat in West Yellowstone. Deducting one star for being told to "F-off and never come back" by the owner for asking about customers not wearing masks." Just be careful and only say complimentary things to the owner, and you will avoid the verbal abuse.Jim, We work very hard to provide a clean facility for the town that's open 7 days a week all year long. This summer my staff, my facility, and myself have been pushed to the limit. We are understaffed, overworked, and harassed or threatened daily. I apologize for my behavior, but I can only do so much.

This place was recommended to us from a local. They’ve used a few places and this was the go to place. While it doesn’t look like much on the outside, I was very surprised to see just how clean and organized this place is. The coin machine worked well and accepts all bills $1-$20. Laundry came out clean and all is well. It’s $2.50 per wash load. That’s typically lasts for 31 minutes. You can decide how long you want the dryer to run based on how much you put in. I would use this laundromat again.
