Donna is amazing! First time furniture purchase and I underestimated my living room dimensions and ordered the wrong couch which ultimately wasn't going to fit in my living room. She quickly got right on resolving the issue I was having and found me a new couch that would be the right fit. I wasn't able to see the couch online because it wasnt uploaded to the site yet so she went above and beyond and took a picture of the couch and sent it to me.
