It took me 3 trips to this store to return a lawn mower. The store manager Bob could care less and rolled his eyes at me when I told him about my experience. After three trips still not resolved.

I only say it's okay because nobody ever seems to be around when you need help you have to track somebody down I guess that's just Manpower today:-)

I put an order in for a window over 2 months ago and they can’t give me an answer of where it’s at. Tried calling on a Friday at 4 pm and waiting on hold for over 20 minutes and then called back and no one answered. How busy are they at 4pm on a Friday! The customer service has been a nightmare, here, for me. I won’t use Home Depot for windows ever again
