The south bound welcome center was nice outside but the ladies bathroom smelled so bad like urine and licorice and sewer!!! It was muggy and everything is like for giants sink and the dryers are so high and I didn't see any low enough for people in wheelchairs

Nice little rest area with some great views of the valley and mountains. This was a great little stop before heading into the DC area for a picnic lunch.

This is a large rest area with lots of parking, clean and roomy restrooms and a welcome center. They also have family restrooms available.

I drive a truck and this welcome center is one of my favorite places to take my 10 hours off. Clean restrooms and full vending machines.

Yes you can. It is a welcome/rest center. You may park and rest as long as you need to. We slept there overnight on our way through there to Virginia last November. I hope this helps. Safe travels to you and your family 😀
