I purchased a new iPhone here and I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years. The upgrade process took a long time and when asked why, the salesperson stated that they had issues with their system specifically in regards to payments. They attempted to run my credit card 3 times and when that didn’t work, they decided to charge my Verizon account. Turns out, they charged my card 3 separate times for the upgrade fee and also charged my account for it. Thus I was charged 4 times for my phone upgrade. Now I have to dispute with AMEX for these erroneous charges and also have to call Verizon to make sure I was charged correctly. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CHARGES AFTER YOU PURCHASE HERE! Will never be back. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

The first thing they do is put you on a wait list when you first go inside. Instead of asking what you need help with today. Went in with my mom and waited a hour just for the guy to say he couldn’t help us and we have to go somewhere else

After poor service at another location, I came here… further away from my home. The staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. I could feel that they cared about my needs and assisted in ensuring I got everything taken care of during my visit. Roberto S. was a big help!!!!

I've tried to make an appt. to come to the store this evening for issues with my Moto g7 Play; but have not received a confirmation of my 5:00 to 5:30 appointment. Do I have the appointment or not?

I did not have an appointment. I just got in line in front of the place. I was taking care of very fast and they fixed my phone thank you thank you to them!
