My family and I used to love this Panera Bread location, and when we lived closer we ate there regularly. It had been years since I ate there so I decided while shopping around in town to stop by with my husband and kids. Extremely disappointed! Frontega chicken sandwich was all tomato and bread, barely any chicken in it, and was so sloppy and dripping nonstop. They were out of half the soups, and pastries that were left like the cookies and bear claws had flies sitting on them. Then we went to use the soda machine and not only was the Dr. Pepper coming out almost clear, but the Ginger Ale tasted like straight syrup. We used to love going there when it was managed by David/ April/ Danielle. Now it seems like both the food quality and the upkeep of the restaurant has really gone downhill. Will not be returning to this location.

They cut so many corners here enough for each 5 point of each star I deducted from my rating. Seating: Dirty tables being wiped down with dirty rags. Food: Sandwiches are no longer anything but a bread sandwich with no actual nutritional content in them a chicken sandwich is a bread sandwich here with a garnish of Chicken. The pastries and cookies have flies crawling over them nothing is covered on display. Environment: a cross of tourists and locals so lively background chatter. Overall the desserts here are not edible due to flies nesting and the prepared foods here are more bread and cheap material than actual food for proper sustenance. Add about 30% more empty carbs to your nutritional index. This place has gone far downhill and at this point a "healthy salad at Wendy's is a safer, faster and healthier choice.

Very old salad, yellow arugula leaves and no response to complaint. Felt dirty. Don't go here.
