The staff was very friendly and helpful here. I didn't have to wait too long to get the car I ordered. They also took time to tell me about the rewards program and how to use it in the future. The only downside was that there was a little bit of a wait to get the car cleaned before I could be on my way.

$5.95 convince fee for a $1 toll? Ridiculous. These cars should have EZpass in NH. U-Hauls have them.

You will see some glass doors with some elevators in the parking garage. If you take those elevators to the second floor, there is a walkway that takes you directly into the main airport terminal. Very convenient and simple.
Yes you can. You will pull into the return area and leave the car. On the exterior of the rental sleeve you will write your information in the provided section, name; return date; time; mileage; etc. Once completed drop the keys with the contract into the Hertz key drop box. The airport and TSA don't start running until 4AM. My recommendation is to drop off the car around 4-4:30 am.
