Honestly the best place to go for baseball/softball training. Not only is there great instruction, but as someone who played on a team here for four years I learned to be a good teammate. A lesson that is priceless. Valuable both on the field and off. Not to mention many other valuable lessons.

This is a training facility, you pay for the coaches to work with your kids. Try XLR in Warwick.
They don't have any machines it's all by hand they have classes all the time average about $20 an hour it's the best
